Went to the White Sox vs. Cubs game yesterday, Sox killled the Cubs 12-2, so that rocked.
Today my daughters team had a game this morning (I am the coach again this year, and we are in first place), we lost though. We knew we would though when two of our best players didn't show up. It was also the day of the Softball league picnic, but it is damn near 100 degrees out there, so we came home. We have a pool party tonight though for the league.
Getting ready to watch game 2 of the Sox and Cubs now. Should be a brutal game.

Went down to Coventry Rugby Club to watch The British Lions game. Great atmosphere - shame about the performance. Bacon Sandwiches & pints of bitter for breakfast

Was working till 4 and got a new job this week that I wasn't allowed to tell anyone about until today. Watching Download 2005 highlights and then maybe a bit of Glastonburry in between a few beers.

I went to the Tony Hawk Boom boom huck jam last night and I'd have to say that it was THE best thing I've attended this year so far. I had a lot of fun~
Some highlights for me:
- I finally got to see Rik Thorne in person. I've been in love with him since 1996 or 1997 hehe.
- Andy McDonald was the only skater to not eat shit during the demos.
- Twitch fuckin ROCKS!
- Watched a spectacular fireworks show from Anaheim Stadium even though my Dodgers lost
All in all it was a good time considering it wasn't a concert.... i'm going to the Priest show next month but thats only cuz someone got tix to the show and asked if I wanted to go so I said yes. Plus Queensryche is playing and I've never seen them. THe only thing that worries me is that I fell asleep at the last Priest show I went to in 1991 seriously I fell asleep during their set and no I wasn't drinking haha.

Hot here too Marc,we're suppose to be breaking a record..like 99 degree's here..i think it's a record from the 1800's...crazy. i've been pretty sick and I have this cough med with hydrocodone and it makes me feel really dopey, which i hate. Pretty much just resting on and off here with the airconditioning cranked to super high.

Friday, I went to see Glitzine users Bare Nessecitites at Mondo in Stockholm which was all very sleazy rock and jolly, then Saturday is the biggest holiday in the Swedish calendar, Midsommer. 30 degrees, a beautiful day and the sun doesn't go down for 24 hours so everyone has a late night picnic in the park. Quite an expereince for an English man to be sat in the sunshine at midnight.
